Alfalfa is dried forage harvested from alfalfa plants. Fresh alfalfa grass goes through air-drying or mechanical dehydration to remove excess moisture, then baled into compact square or round hay bales for storage and transportation.

It contains high crude protein, crude fiber, vitamins and calcium. The balanced nutrient composition supplies daily dietary needs for herbivorous animals. No additives or chemical substances are added during drying and baling.

Natural light green to yellow-green grass texture, complete leaf and stem structure. Low moisture content prevents mildew during long-term storage. It is compressed into solid bales in standard specifications.

Serves as basic roughage for cattle, sheep, horses, rabbits and other ruminants and herbivores, can be fed alone or mixed with grain feed.
